Paramount WorkPlace provides the ability to setup expense form questionnaires by the Expense Type referenced on individual lines in the requisition. Expense Types of Entertainment, for example, are more likely to require the details a questionnaire can gather than is an Expense Type of Shipping Charges. A questionnaire for Entertainment Expenses might include questions surrounding the event type, number of attendees, attendee list and titles, and whether or not the employee attended.
Expense report questionnaires in Paramount WorkPlace are highly configurable yet easy to set up, requiring no programming skill. Fields on the questionnaires may be designated as required, and the input data can be formatted as date, numeric, text, or freeform comments.
Once a questionnaire is completed, it becomes part of the expense report submittal and available for authorized approvers to view and add to as needed.
