A questionnaire for IT purchase might include questions surrounding technical requirements, justification for the purchase, product specifications, and a list of vendors being considered.

 

Requisition questionnaires in Paramount WorkPlace are highly configurable yet easy to set up, requiring no programming skill. Fields on the questionnaires may be designated as required, and the input data can be formatted as date, numeric, text, or freeform comments.

 

Once a questionnaire is completed, it becomes part of the requisition and available for authorized approvers to view and add to as needed.
