Salim leads vision and strategic company and product direction.  With over 25 years of hands-on strategic management experience in the technology and software development industry, he is known for translating vision into reality in a variety of economic environments.

Prior to founding Paramount WorkPlace, Salim held key roles at Platinum Software and Unisys Corporation.  At Platinum, he directed quality assurance for their Michigan office and was credited for establishing, building, and managing a 100-person quality assurance department in addition to his hands-on involvement in developing the detail design specifications and marketing requirements of the software applications. At Unisys, he managed 25 quality assurance engineers with hands-on development of imaging products.

Salim holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Lawrence Technological University and Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Detroit.

Chris leads product strategy and direction.  He heads Software Development of Paramount WorkPlace 3.0, Product Architecture, and Quality Assurance. He is passionate about software development and has been designing, developing, and introducing cutting edge software solutions for over 25 years. 

Prior to joining Paramount WorkPlace, Chris was instrumental in developing and designing a wide variety of enterprise software solutions such as Time & Attendance, Labor Tracking, Payroll, CRM, Lead Management, Requisitioning, Purchasing, Inventory, and Accounts Receivable.

Chris holds a Bachelor’s degree in Automated Manufacturing Technology from ITT Technical Institute and is an Instrument Rated Private Pilot.  He enjoys flying his Piper PA32, Sporting Clays, Dirt Biking, Snowmobiling, and Video Games. Yes, you read that correctly!

Foy leads Software Sales and Sales Channel Relations.  With over 25 years experience in developing and executing software sales and worldwide sales channel development, he is well known and respected within the channel partner community and teams with whom he collaborates for cultivating strong channel and customer relationships.  

Prior to joining Paramount WorkPlace in 2002, Foy held sales roles at Epicor Software and NCR.

Foy holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Marketing and Multinational Business from Florida State University.  He enjoys playing and coaching soccer, competitive shooting, Jeep off-road driving, and community giving.

Vice President, Marketing & Business Development

Khensa leads Brand positioning, digital and traditional marketing strategy, and business development initiatives.  She has over 18 years of product launches and market expansions experience in corporate and agency settings.  Khensa is passionate about customer experience, delivering on the brand promise at every touch point, and providing value in B2B and B2C.

Prior to joining Paramount WorkPlace, she held leadership roles at Lockton Companies, SMACNA, BCS, and M3 Marketing, which she played a key role in selling to Aspen Marketing/Epsilon and structuring the deal.  Brands include Sage Software, HP, IBM, GM, Chrysler, Mercedes Benz, Nabisco, and Lockton Companies. 

Khensa holds an MBA from Lawrence Tech University and several Executive Education certifications from Kellogg, Harvard Business School, and London Business School.  She enjoys world travel, photography, reading, pilates, aviation, and vintage cars and Warbirds.

Spencer leads product and strategic initiatives working with internal and partner sales, delivery and technology teams to identify and develop new opportunities to leverage the strengths of Paramount WorkPlace and deliver robust solutions to the market.  He is passionate that the simple philosophy of bringing people, processes and software together as the core ingredients to any business solution is the key to success.

Prior to joining Paramount in 2010, Spencer had 15 years of experience with business application design, development and implementation.  Leading sales, consulting and development teams to deliver comprehensive enterprise software solutions has resulted in a wealth of experience and relationships that he values in equal measure.

Spencer holds a BA (Hons.) degree from the University of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada.  He enjoys spending his free time with family and friends, sunshine, reading, home renovations, custom PC building, and raccoon wrangling.

Kacem leads the Quality Assurance department and internal software auditing.   He has over 30 years of experience in Software Development, Product Management, Image Recognition, Consulting as well as Product Assurance and Support. His vision is to provide customers with the ultimate software experience of Paramount WorkPlace suite of products and reach a near zero quality defect.

Prior to joining Paramount WorkPlace, Kacem held various Quality Assurance and Software Development leadership roles at Unisys Corporation, ATHIC a software Development and Consulting firm in France and at CTS/ARCA an international Payment Systems and Cash Management system firm.

Kacem holds a Master’s Degree in Electronics and Physics from Brussels, Belgium, and a Master’s Degree in computer engineering from Wayne State University in Michigan. He is a world traveler with a passion for science, fundamental physics, and astronomy.
